Ranked among the top 1% most-cited researchers (Clarivate, 2018–2019) and the top 2% of world scientists (Stanford, 2020–2024), his achievements include the IChemE Global Water Award (2018) and 1st Place in the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Water Award.
