Innovative Water Research: Innovation Goal 1
Develop chemically assisted membrane-based wastewater treatment systems, ANAMMOX and MBR, that reduce the energy consumption by 50%.

Develop a Minimal Liquid Discharge desalination process coupled with fouling resistant membranes that will reduce the OPEX by 50%.

Develop AI-based control systems for enhancing the energy consumption efficiency of KSA’s water supply systems and management by 50%.
