Grand Challenges: KFUPM will invent technologies and develop innovations that enable the following by 2030 to: 
1- Produce hydrogen at less than $0.5/kg.
2- Store hydrogen at less than $0.2/kg.
3- Distribute hydrogen at less than $0.3/kg.

Develop the in-well hydrogen production process to TRL#5 by 2026.

Reduce the cost of electrolyzer stacks (membrane, electrode…etc.) by 50% to produce green hydrogen by 2030.
