Qaisar Iqbal, Postdoctoral Fellow (HRM), has been awarded for Outstanding Paper in the 2023 Emerald Literati Awards. His paper entitled “Sustainable leadership in higher education institutions: social innovation as a mechanism” was published in the journal International Journal of Sustainability in Higher Education.
