Dr. Rana Naeem Joined Fintech Center As Assistant Professor
Dr. Rana Muhammad Naeem is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Marketing at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia. He holds dual PhD degrees: one in Business Administration with a specialization in OB & HRM from the School of Management, USTC, China, and the other in Management with a focus on HRM from Sukkur IBA University, Pakistan.
His research focuses on OB & HRM, particularly how leadership styles shape employee outcomes such as work engagement, job crafting, and innovative work behavior. Additionally, he is interested in examining how job crafting interventions impact employees’ positive behaviors. He also explores green HRM and its effects on employees’ green behaviors.
At the Interdisciplinary Research Center for Finance and Digital Economy (Fintech), his work aims to advance understanding of human–AI collaboration in organizations. For example, in his recent publication, he has investigated responsible AI and employee service innovation behavior through a sequential mediation model of AI self-efficacy and AI crafting.
