Dr. Pir Noman Ahmad holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Technology from Harbin Institute of Technology. His research interests include Data Mining, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Sentiment Analysis, and FinTech.

At IRC-FDE, Dr. Ahmad’s research focuses on advancing the Center’s strategic goals in understanding customer perspectives on FinTech adoption and B2B marketing within the Saudi context. He applies AI, NLP, and data mining techniques to study consumer behavior, digital adoption patterns, and organizational dynamics across Saudi Arabia’s evolving financial and business ecosystems. His work supports the development of data-driven frameworks that enhance customer engagement, trust, and innovation, contributing to impactful, interdisciplinary research aligned with the Center’s mission and Saudi Vision 2030.
