Dr. Mohamed Hosny Ali Elnogomy is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Interdisciplinary Research Center for Finance and Digital Economy (IRC-FDE), King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). He earned his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, China, in 2022, where his research focused on developing intelligent and explainable deep learning models for analyzing neural signals in Parkinson’s disease. His interdisciplinary research bridges biomedical engineering, artificial intelligence, and predictive modeling, with applications extending to healthcare, finance, and digital transformation. At IRC-FDE, Dr. Hosny is working on advancing AI-driven health analytics and explainable machine learning frameworks to support data-centric decision-making and innovation aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
