Dr Ahmad Arslan is currently working as a Professor at the Department of Management & Marketing, KFUPM Business School. Earlier, he has worked in different universities in Finland and the UK. He has multidisciplinary research interests with a particular focus on Agility & Resilience, Entrepreneurship, International Business, and Innovation & Technology Management areas. His earlier research has been published in prestigious academic journals including  British Journal of Management, European Management Journal, Human Resource Management (US), IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, International Business Review, International Marketing Review, Journal of Business Research, Journal of International Management, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Managerial Psychology, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Management International Review, Public Management Review, Supply Chain Management, Technovation, Technological Forecasting and Social Change and The International Journal of Human Resource Management, among others.

He has also held different editorial roles for several respected academic journals over the years. Currently, he is editorial board member of prestigious journals including British Journal of Management, Journal of International Management, Critical Perspectives on International Business, and Journal of Knowledge Management, among others.

At IRC for Digital Economy & Fintech, he plans to build on his earlier works on entrepreneurship, international business and innovation & technology management intersection to undertake research which offers both theoretical insights as well as practical implications.
