Lab Equipment Maintenance Unit (LEMU)

• A dedicated team of skilled engineers supporting faculty, researchers, and staff with lab equipment service, repair, and maintenance.
• Engineers come from diverse backgrounds: Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics & Instrumentation, Computer, and Advanced Digital Systems.
• Main objectives:
  • Troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Provide service and maintenance for lab equipment across research and academic sectors at KFUPM.

Service Request Process
A service request can be submitted online through Infinity X: https://infinity-apps.kfupm.edu.sa/kfupm/auth/login.
The requests are treated on a first-come first-serve basis.

• Requests are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Steps:
  • Login using SSO → Service Requests → LEMU → Request Form → Submit.
