Dr. Muhammad Raheel joins the Center as a Post Doctoral Fellow

The IRC-Construction and Building Materials at KFUPM is pleased to welcome Dr. Muhammad Raheel as a Post-Doctoral Fellow. He received his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar, Pakistan, in 2024.

Dr. Raheel’s research expertise lies in the development and characterization of sustainable construction materials, with a focus on experimental methods and their predictive modeling using empirical and machine learning techniques. His work supports the advancement of environmentally friendly materials with reliable performance forecasting capabilities.

Prior to joining KFUPM, Dr. Raheel served as an Assistant Executive Engineer at the Communication & Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, from May 2023 to December 2025. In this role, he was involved in planning and executing public infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient resource utilization and timely project delivery.

He also held lecturer positions at both the University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar and UET Mardan, contributing to teaching and student mentorship in civil engineering.
