Facility Details

Construction & Building Materials Lab (CBML)

The Construction and Building Materials Lab at the IRC-CBM is a research facility dedicated to the development of innovative construction and building materials. The lab is equipped with latest equipment for testing of concrete and other materials in compression and tension. Equipment for determining the properties of concrete and cementitious materials in fresh and hardened state, shrinkage evolution of materials, ovens for conditioning of materials, evolution of temperature in concrete in fresh state, mixers, thermal curing tanks and several others are available in this laboratory for researchers and faculty members.
