IRC-Construction hosted a briefing session by DTV Ventures (Dhahran Techno Valley) at the KFUPM Research Institute, providing our researchers and postdocs with valuable insights into pathways for translating research into deep-tech startups and commercial ventures.

The DTV Ventures team introduced several opportunities, including:

🔹 Deep-Tech Ventures Program (DVP) – objectives, structure, and Cohort 2 opportunities
🔹 Postdoctoral Startup Fellowship Program – combining IRC research with building a deep-tech startup
🔹 Startup Pathways – opportunities for collaboration between IRCs and incubated deep-tech startups
🔹 Finspire – DTV’s Fintech Venture Builder Program

The session concluded with an engaging open discussion on how ongoing research at IRC-Construction can move from research outcomes toward commercialization, startups, and real-world impact.
