  • To be a recognized center for collaborative and transformative research in petroleum conversion for downstream applications.
Mission
  • Build infrastructure to develop process technologies from ‘proof-of-concept’ (TRL4) to ‘pilot scale demonstration’ (TRL6).
  • Integrate efforts to develop multidisciplinary human resources through specialized training and industrial collaboration.
