Saudi Arabia is taking bold steps in the global quantum revolution, with the release of the Quantum Economy Landscape in Saudi Arabia report by the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Saudi Arabia (C4IR Saudi Arabia). The report outlines the Kingdom’s strategic vision and roadmap for advancing quantum technologies to drive innovation, economic growth, and national security.

The Interdisciplinary Research Center for Intelligent Secure Systems (IRC-ISS) contributed to this report by sharing its plans to establish superconducting quantum circuits, quantum emulation, and quantum communication labs. These initiatives underscore the collaborative efforts driving Saudi Arabia’s quantum ambitions and their alignment with Vision 2030’s goals for technological leadership and economic diversification.
