Dr. Shafiqur Rehman (Research scientist, IRC-energy) represented IRC-SES, KFUPM as part of the Saudi Arabia delegation at the 50th International Exhibition of InventionsGeneva, where he presented the “Eco-Adaptive Platform for Floating Photovoltaic System” and earned a Gold Medal. And Dr. Muhammad Khalid (associate professor of electrical engineering and a fellow of IRC-energy) received a Silver Medal for his invention titled “Smart Power Smoothing Filter for Enhanced Renewable Power Quality.” The exhibition took place in Geneva, Switzerland, from April 9–13, 2025.
