The Interdisciplinary Research Center for Aviation and Space Exploration (IRC-ASE) participated in the Global Students Research Conference (GSR 2026) at KFUPM with a dedicated booth showcasing KFUPM-SAT1, the University’s first satellite.

The booth attracted remarkable interest and engagement throughout the event, welcoming school and international students, researchers, KFUPM students and staff, and visitors from the local community.

Visitors had the opportunity to learn more about KFUPM-SAT1 and engage in discussions about space research and technology. Their enthusiasm, thoughtful questions, and interest made the Center’s participation especially rewarding and demonstrated the growing curiosity about space among the next generation.

IRC-ASE extends its appreciation to everyone who visited the booth and contributed to the success of its participation at GSR 2026.
