The Interdisciplinary Research Centre for Aviation and Space Exploration, King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM), Saudi Arabia, proudly acknowledges the outstanding efforts of Dr. Ghulam E. Mustafa Abro during his sponsored visit to Malaysia by IEEE Control Systems Society Region 10. 

As a representative of IRC for Aviation and Space Exploration KFUPM and on behalf of our Dynamic Director Dr. Ayman M Abdallah, Dr. Abro had the distinct honor of presenting KFUPM’s memento to Prof. Dato' Ir. Ts. Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim Abdul Mutalib, Vice Chancellor of Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP), Malaysia (QS Ranking globally under 200 and Top 5 in Malaysia). This symbolic exchange reflects the strengthening of research collaborations between KFUPM and UTP, two leading institutions at the forefront of aviation, space exploration, and autonomous systems research. We commend Dr. Abro’s contributions in advancing global research collaborations and look forward to the impactful innovations that will emerge from these strengthened partnerships!
