King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) and the Saudi Space Commission are collaborating on an innovative experiment led by Dr. Ashraf Farahat, our scientist at IRC-ASE, to explore cloud seeding under microgravity conditions. The experiment aims to assess the potential for creating water droplets through condensation by mixing moisture and AgI crystals in a reaction chamber. The findings will inform the development of weather control technology for generating artificial rain in future human settlements on the Moon and Mars.
