The IRC for Communication Systems and Sensing, in collaboration with the Department of Electrical Engineering, organized a four-day workshop titled “Mastering Edge AI Design Flows.” The workshop was delivered by Dr. Atif Raza Jafri from the University of Glasgow, UK.

The workshop introduced participants to the complete development pipeline for designing and deploying AI and digital logic systems on modern edge-computing hardware. It combined theoretical concepts with hands-on training using:

- FPGA development boards
- NVIDIA Jetson Nano
- Verilog HDL
- Vivado design suite

This integrated approach gave participants practical experience in developing edge-AI solutions using industry-relevant tools and platforms.
