Lab Assistant
Ali Al Yousef is a Chemical Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree and is currently working as a Lab Assistant in PCRC. He recently completed an internship with Baker Hughes in Drilling and Completion Fluids, where he worked as a Field Engineer. During this internship, Ali gained practical experience in drilling operations, mud analysis, and calibration of mud equipment. His role involved close collaboration with rig site teams and conducting lab-scale experiments, which enhanced his technical expertise, teamwork, and communication skills.
Ali’s academic background includes specialized coursework in catalysis and polymer technology. His capstone project focused on the sustainable production of methanol from biomass-derived syngas, reflecting his strong interest in renewable and sustainable alternatives to traditional petrochemical processes.
