Durability & Structural Health Monitoring Lab (DSHML)

The Durability and Structural Monitoring Lab at the IRC-CBM is a research facility dedicated to the study of structural health monitoring and durability assessment of civil infrastructure. The lab focuses on developing innovative technologies and methods to monitor the condition of structures, such as buildings, bridges, and other civil infrastructure. DSHML also aims to advancing the understanding of the durability and structural integrity of materials and structures through research, development, and testing. The lab also works to develop methods for predicting the remaining service life of structures, as well as developing strategies for mitigating structural damage.
