You can contact them by sending an email to: pure.admin@kfupm.edu.sa

or by submitting a ticket via the e-desk -> Other KFUPM Services Sector -> Pure

There may be several reasons for this.

  • There is no Pure account for you.
  • Using incorrect username.
  • Using incorrect password.

Please report your problem to Pure Administrator by sending an email to pure.admin@kfupm.edu.sa or submitting a ticket to e-desk with your KFUPM ID and Scopus Author ID.

No, publications are imported in Pure automatically using Scopus Author ID. 

You can remove the publications that do not belong to you by disclaiming them.

To disclaim publications that do not belong to you, follow the steps mentioned in the Guidance Document (Page # 15).

Pure fetches publications from Scopus automatically. If there is a publication indexed by Scopus but not shown in your Pure profile, you can claim this publication by following the steps mentioned in the Guidance Document (Page # 10).
